We spent a great afternoon learning to cook a few Cambodian dishes with Seiyon and the ladies that work at Seiyon's family's cafe near Ankgor Wat. The ladies of Chita's Cafe were amazing! It was a great class, with a ton of fresh ingredients. It was yummy!!
